RACE RULES FOR A FAIR COMPETITION
    • All runners must complete a minimum of 42.195 km on the lap course. The circuit will be measured the day before the race and the number of laps required will be calculated.

After the race, each runner must submit their GPS time, distance covered, and bib number to the timekeeper, who will record each runner’s results.

    • Wearing a GPS watch (Garmin, Apple, COROS, etc.) is mandatory for all runners during the race. No GPS watch = no finish time. Exception: If local runners do not own a GPS watch, this requirement will be exempted. We will use the running clock for their time.

    • Race numbers must be worn during the race.

    • Deviations from the course are not permitted, except for short breaks (refreshments, restroom use, etc.). The entire lap course must be completed, even if it seems long.

    • There will be a place to leave bags at the start area. Please label your bag with your name and race number . The race organizers assume no liability for items left behind.

    • We plan to have an aid station at the start/finish area. What is supplied will be dependent on what we can buy locally.

    • Please do not litter. Let’s show respect to our Island hosts.

    •  All runners must sign a liability waiver form and email it to info@tntmarathons.com.

    • All participants who complete the marathon will receive a medal and a finisher certificate (e-mailed).

    • The results will be published on the official website.
